Wild-life at the Zoo

We have been getting a lot of use out of our Zoo membership as of late.

Just a few of our many adventures there in the last few months.

Birthday Girls!

School Days

You know that it is the end of summer when it is time to send the kids back to school...luck for me they were all really excited about getting back into school.

Austin is in Ms. Moore's 4th Grade ELP class. He is super excited for this year and is loving school so far.


Geoffrey is in Ms. Hamilton's 2nd grade class. He has had been having a blast getting to know the kids and has been super excited to get back to school.


Elizabeth is in Ms. Aiken's kindergarten ELP class. She was a little nervous on the first day, but has been having a great time.

Swimming

The kid's have had fun learning how to swim this summer. They have all made great improvements during their time.

Austin: loves to swim...he was getting really good at the butterfly stroke before having to head back to school.


Geoffrey: he had a great time learning and ended up doing the back stroke really well.


Elizabeth: she really had a hard time with putting her face into the water and being comfortable, but by the end she was loving it.

 Evan:  he is my little manatee!  He has loved being in the water and never wants to get out when the lesson is finished.  He was the lucky one and got to have and extra session while the others were in school.

Dancing

Elizabeth enjoyed her transition to a different ballet class. She now goes for 1 hours, where they do technical ballet moves for the first 45 minutes and then spend the next 15 with their tap shoes. She loved what she has been learning and is looking forward to the next session.
